Returns, Shipping and Policies
Clothing:
Local Pick Up - You may return any full priced item that is unworn with tags on, SCENT FREE within 10 days of purchase date for EXCHANGE or gift card or store credit for the returned amount. We will inspect clothing to ensure it is in brand new condition prior to approving exchange. That purchase will then be final sale.
Shipped Orders: Same policy applies to shipped orders as local pick up orders. Customer is responsible for shipping cost for returns unless item is damaged or incorrect item was shipped. You will have 10 days from the time your purchase was delivered to return items. You must show proof of delivery by e-mailing tracking information so we know products were shipped in time. Once items are received and have been inspected you will receive your credit unless you are requesting an exchange.
Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Some items are not available for shipping.
We try to ship within 24-48 hours of orders placed. Orders usually ship priority mail and or UPS (we choose most efficient and affordable carrier) Orders placed on Sunday will usually be shipped the following business day.

*You must contact customer service in order to receive a return confirmation number. Returned shipping will be covered by you unless items were sent incorrectly or damaged.
