Our Fluffernutter mix is one of our all-time faves! As they bake, the marshmallows explode out of the cookie, creating what we call, "the crunchy bits" on the bottom, with a thick and chewy peanut butter cookie, peanut butter chips, and ooey, gooey marshmallows on top. It is a rare occurrence friends, when perfect texture and flavor meet, but I think we nailed it with this one!
